It's a decent attempt at a game, the collision of walls and doors is solid and I like the hand model. However, the sensitivity is really hard to work with, the controls seem to not work 95% of the time, and I physically could not get past the second room. The idea sounds good from the description but I think you've got a little more work to do first.
